I’m Kind Of Liking This Mobile Marketing Trend
From my somewhat limited, but growing daily, knowledge of mobile marketing, it is a fascinating vehicle for two-way communication with customers or potential customers. Mobile marketing is one area where the United States is behind our counterparts in Europe and Asia. But it appears that’s about to change pretty quickly.read more »
"What all do you sell?"
The most often asked question on first calls is, “What all do you sell?”.
I typically tell them it is a little difficult to describe “everything” we sell. Here’s a list of items I’m searching for presently for clients:read more »
Do you really need a QR Code?
If you were an alien visiting our recent promotional products industry mega-tradeshow in Las Vegas, you would have thought the only way to make it in business now is to have your own QR Code.

Sometimes It’s Too New To Be True
There’s an old adage that says the best word to use in advertising is “Free”. That’s quite likely true, but I’ll be a good second runner-up is “New”.

When an investment advisor tells you, “My client only invests in safe places like government bonds”. They mean, “I’m not taking the blame if my client loses their butt in an investment, so I just put them in bonds to cover my butt while collecting fees”:read more »
I Hate “The Economy” And I’m Not Real Fond Of Those Who Write About It
Overall I’m a fairly positive person. It would be hard to succeed in sales without being so. But I am so tired of hearing about “the economy”: unemployment is up, the national deficit is astronomical, investors are not investing, the economy shows no growth, the sky is falling, etc. read more »
